BBA will accept
applications for regular membership from:
- Public
Utilities and media servicing Bedford Township
- Nonprofit
organizations
- Political
subdivisions
- Private
enterprise domiciled in Bedford Township
If a person
or organization does not qualify as a REGULAR member, but
wishes to be involved in BBA, they may apply as an ASSOCIATE
member.

- Published monthly with current items of interest with the sharing
of ideas and information.
Promotional
Opportunities - An aggresive marketing program. Many avenues
available to members to promote both the BBA and it's individual
members through use of print, television, Internet,
etc. advertising.

Membership
Meetings - Held monthly with a guest speaker on a current
subject or topic of interest to the BBA.
Executive
Board Meetings - Open to all members. Board plans, delegates,
decides and implements activities and involvement of the Association.
Website
- Containing current information about the BBA, member listings
by name, service and BBA hosted web page listing. Printable BBA
web page order form.
Directory
- Annual directory supplied to BBA members and available to citizens
and businesses of Bedford and the surrounding communities.

Activities
- Many activities annually with many more to be developed, such
as:
- Trade Fair:
Draws over 14,000 people. Business display of products and services.
- Community
Days: Sponsors annual parade.
- Seminars:
Various leadership and management sessions coordinated by the
BBA.
- Heart of
Hope Telethon: Talent search benefiting the children of Bedford
with Catastrophic illnesses.
Networking
- BBA interacts with township and county personnel to assist with
input to improve the development of present businesses and to
encourage new businesses to locate in Bedford by a constant review
of benefits and ordinances.
The BBA also
networks with other metropolitan organizations such as: Monroe
Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau of Toledo, Monroe
County's Sheriff Department, Local and State Taxing Authorities
and the Bedford School system to help keep all members abreast
of current situations, be it legal, cultural, social, economical
or financial.
